The Virtual Racing Association has officially opened registration for Season One of the VRA Sportscar Championship. The opening season is designed to deliver organized, club-level multiclass racing while recreating the structure and atmosphere of a real sports car championship inside iRacing.
The ten-round calendar combines sprint and endurance events, beginning with the 2.4 Hours of Daytona. Every race is scheduled to start at 1:00 PM GMT, giving competitors a consistent race-day schedule throughout the season.
Four Classes, One Championship
Drivers will compete in GTP, LMP2, GTD Pro, or GTD. The class structure follows IMSA, with two prototype categories and two production-based GT classes sharing the circuit.
Class championships will be supported by the overall season structure, including Sprint Cup and Endurance Cup competition. Official standings, regulations, schedules, and race documents will each have dedicated sections on the VRA website.
How to Register
Drivers can submit their class, car, number, and required championship information using the official VRA Season One registration form.
